Brand Partnership Terms & Conditions

  1. Upon payment of fees, in doing so, agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Application for Brand Partnership is subject to approval from iCALM.
  3. iCALM reserve the right to deny Brand Partnership at its discretion.
  4. Gold Brand Partnership ensures exclusive rights over this category whilst their fees remain current.
  5. Silver and Bronze Brand Partnership does not ensure exclusive rights over your business category.  This is subject to review and change annually.
  6. All promotional materials, images or text for use in advertising or marketing collateral must be appropriate for the Concierge industry, if you are unsure, contact us.  iCALM reserves the right to remove or refuse inappropriate content.
  7. The Brand Partner warrants that it has the right to authorise iCALM to use its promotional materials.
  8. The Brand Partner warrants the above mentioned promotional material and its use by iCALM do not infringe the intellectual property rights or moral rights of any person or corporation.
  9. The Brand Partner will at its own expense, arrange for the supply and delivery of any specified promotional inserts, banners or graphics for use at events.
  10. Brand Partners will provide artwork for use where specified, Brand Partners will be given final proofs of all items for printing or uploading to websites and it is their responsibility to proof read and notify of any errors and omissions within the deadlines specified.  All errors and omissions are the responsibility of the Brand Partner.
  11. If applicable, Trade Tables must be staffed during all breaks and any loss theft or damage to items is the responsibility of the Brand Partner.
  12. If applicable, Brand Partners are responsible for set up, pack down and staffing of Trade Tables and any other displays as approved.
  13. The signatory of this agreement warrants that he/she is authorised to signed any agreement on behalf of the company that he/she represents.
  14. To the extend permitted by law, all express or implied representations, conditions, warranties and provisions, whether based in common law, statute or otherwise, that are not contained in this agreement are excluded.
