Membership Types

Individual Member

For those who are thinking of entering, or have just entered the industry and want to learn more about the industry prior to commencing your career or business; you will have less than 2 years experience. Individual Members are not required to hold a Certificate of Currency (Insurance) or a Police Check (although we highly recommend you obtain these documents).

Co-Worker Member

For those who work for or with a current financial individual member. Beneficial for organisations with less than 5 employees. Membership level will be dependent on the length of experience within the industry. Refer other Membership levels for requirements.

Associate Member

For those who have been in the industry for between more than 2 years but less than 4 years.

For Business Owners: Associate Members must have less than 5 employees, provide evidence of Insurance (a Certificate of Currency) and a Police Check which is no more than 12 months old. If a Certificate of Currency and Police Check are not provided, your membership will automatically default to Individual Member status.

For non-Business Owners:    Associate members must provide evidence of your employers Insurance (a Certificate of Currency) together with a statement of Employment from your employer(s) confirming your length of employment is more than 2 years but less than 4 years. A Police Check which is no more than 12 months old is also required.

Executive Member

For those who have been in the industry for more than 4 years.

For Business Owners:  Executive Members must have less than 5 employees, provide evidence of Insurance (a Certificate of Currency) and a Police Check which is no more than 12 months old. If a Certificate of Currency and Police Check are not provided, your membership will automatically default to Individual Member status.

For non-Business Owners:  Executive members must provide evidence of your employers Insurance (a Certificate of Currency) together with a statement of Employment from your employer(s) confirming your length of employment is more than 4 years. A Police Check which is no more than 12 months old is also required.

Corporate Membership

For organisations who have 5+ employees providing Concierge services to individuals or corporations.  Corporate Members may nominate multiple employees to be active members of iCALM (depending upon the size of your organisation).  Please contact us directly to discuss your Corporate Membership.

Corporate Members must provide evidence of Insurance (a Certificate of Currency), evidence of WorkCover for employees (a Certificate of Currency) and Australian Business Registration number.
